JUNIOR HIGH DEBATE CONTEST
Last Friday, June 7, 2024, four students of 1st grade of secondary participated in a school debate contest. The school debate contest was held at the Liceo Británico school where 10 schools participated in three phases. In the first phase, mastery of the stage and time were developed. In the second phase, knowledge of the topic and supported argumentation were developed. Third and final phase, the supported argument and mastery of the English language were debated.
Judges evaluated pronunciation, grammar and fluency.
In the end, our students representing Euro Liceo achieved 3rd place as a team. Congratulations to our participating 1st year high school students Córdoba Cisneros José Maria, Kratky Rodríguez Josef, Espinosa Bautista Ignacio Patricio
and Nájera Andrew Evelyn. Thank you for your commitment, collaborative work and communication skills. Likewise, we congratulate Nájera Andrew Evelyn for achieving first place as the best debater in the high school debate contest.

El pasado viernes 7 de junio de 2024 cuatro alumnos de 1o de secundaria del colegio Euro Liceo participaron en un concurso de debate escolar. El concurso del debate escolar se llevó a cabo en el colegio Liceo Británico donde 10 escuelas participaron en tres fases. En la primera fase se desarrollaron dominio del escenario y tiempo. En la segunda fase se desarrolló conocimiento del tema y argumentación sustentada. Tercera y última fase se debatió la réplica
argumentado sustentada y dominio del idioma inglés.
Los jueces evaluaron la pronunciación, gramática y fluidez.
Al final los alumnos representantes de nuestro colegio lograron el 3er lugar como equipo. Felicidades a nuestros alumnos participantes de 1o de secundaria Córdoba Cisneros José Maria, Kratky Rodríguez Josef, Espinosa Bautista Ignacio Patricio y Nájera Andrew Evelyn.
